As a former chef, restaurateur and pastry chef, I have worked in several fine kitchens, stâged under several world renowned chefs to learn from and dedicated an entire library of books on cooking technique, food philosophy and culinary history. I have traveled all around North America, so when it comes to cuisine itself, I know one thing for sure, ingredients are everything! The first time I had experienced Crave catering, was as a guest at a friends wedding. I was instantly flabbergasted at not only how beautifully everything was presented, but the sophisticated techniques and creativity are bonuses with Crave. Megan, of Owl & Envelope is based in Austin and is such a sweet spirit talented in the art of beautiful handwriting. She has a keen gift at creating visually appealing and expressive forms of handwriting, invitations and custom seating charts, using a variety of writing instruments, elements and techniques. Joe has been in the entertainment industry for over 15 years. Joe Jazz Productions is based out of San Antonio but is willing to travel. His clients have nothing but great things to say about him and his services and we were so excited that we hired him for our own event in Austin.
